What should I do if the nozzle of the UV flatbed printer is not heated?

It is a common problem that the nozzle of the UV flatbed printer is not heated. This problem will affect the normal ink penetration of the UV ink, which will further cause the ink to break during the printing process, especially in winter. 1. Heated sheet aging

This is a normal phenomenon. The heater of the uv printer nozzle has been working for a long time. Generally, the aging situation occurs after 6 months. Replace it with a new heater.

2. The machine is not reset

Reset the uv printer machine and turn it on again, so that the heater will heat up.

3. Poor heating contact

Check whether the contact between the lower heating plate and the nozzle line is loose or broken, and if there is, re-connect it to restore normal.

4. The voltage of heating power box is too low

Open the cover of the power box of the uv printer and see if the voltage value is too low. If it is too low, check whether the voltage regulator is normal.

5. Poor thermal conductivity of the heater

Whether the screws between the heating sheet and the uv printer nozzle are loosened, causing the gap to become larger, or there are foreign objects in the heat conduction area, etc., clean them in time and tighten them together.

6. Nozzle card failure

After checking the above five conditions, if the heating plate does not heat up, it means that the nozzle card has failed, and a new nozzle card needs to be replaced.
